Want to learn English Paper Piecing? This class will teach you how to sew the basic EPP shapes, such as Grandmother’s Flower Garden, along with other hexie combinations to make some beautiful autumn themed flowers. We will then use both the buttonhole stitch and invisible applique stitch to make a wall hanging or table topper to welcome the Autumn season.

In session one, we will English Paper Piece the borders and flowers in a fast and precise method. Also, you will learn how to do flower stems with a bias stem maker. You won’t believe how easy this is. In Session two, we will cover how to apply the borders with a buttonhole stitch, how to invisibly applique the flowers and stems, and how to do needle turn applique for the bowl. This is a great project for both the beginning and intermediate quilter.
