Classes


How do I register for a class?
You can get to our class links either from ‘Classes’ or ‘Calendar’ in the upper navigation bar. If a class has space available, select your quantity, enter the ‘Attendee Name’, and click the ‘Add to Cart’ button. If the class is full, but you want to be notified if space opens up or to know when another date is scheduled, click the ‘Add to Wait List’ button and enter your info (must have email and phone # in order to contact you). Supply lists are available within each class description. Be sure to tell your cashier in the store when you’re purchasing supplies for your class to you get your 10% class discount. (Class discount not available through our webstore.)

Are the classes in-store or online?
Currently all our class offerings are held in our in-store classrooms. 

We are not doing any online (Zoom) classes.


Emails


Why do I continue to receive emails if I already unsubscribed?

In addition to the occasional direct email, our have automated marketing emails that are sent throughout the month. New Products and Classes each with their own unsubscribe. Why? Because if you’re not local you’re probably not interested in Classes email, but you are still interested in our New Products email.




Gift Cards


Purchasing eGift Cards
Click ‘Shop Online’ in the upper navigation bar and scroll to near the bottom of the page. You can purchase an eGift Card in $25 increments. Need a $200 eGC, just click $100 twice. If you need a different amount, feel free to call the shop and we’ll take care of over the phone.


Inventory


Is it in stock?
We have our webstore configured to remove an item from our online catalog once the quantity reaches zero. So, unless there’s an issue with our inventory count (which sometimes happens, because computers and humans aren’t perfect and sometimes people steal stuff), if it shows on the webstore, it’s in stock.

Is the color true?
Most of the images on our website are provided by the manufacturers so they’re as accurate as possible. Keep in mind that your computer monitor or phone screen, coupled with the camera and exposure settings originally used, could affect the accuracy of the color.


Shipping


Shipping or in-store pickup
Shipping to any US destination is $5. In-store pickup is always free.

International shipping
We can ship internationally, but not through our webstore. Please send us an email (info@clothcarousel.com) or call the store (707-327-0734) to inquire about product availability and shipping rates.


Return Policy


E-commerce Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with Cloth Carousel. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns: You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Email us at info@clothcarousel.com or call 707-327-0734.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Cut fabric is not eligible for a refund unless we sent you an incorrect item. Items that arrive damaged are not restricted.

Refunds: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exceptions: Perishable items, custom-ordered products (including cut fabric), and "final sale" items cannot be returned, as permitted under California Civil Code Section 1723.
