Color Workshop
To paraphrase an old adage: "Color gets the credit. Contrast does the work." No matter how beautiful the fabrics you pick, if you don't make sure they contrast, the design of your quilt will not pop. We will study the various forms of contrast (value, temperature, hue, scale and intensity) by making paste-up blocks. We will also discuss and apply different color combinations (aka color “schemes.”)
