This holiday season, try an eco friendly gift wrapping made from fabric.  This is call Furoshiki and has been used by the Japanese for centuries.  We will create a Sashiko stitched version for holiday giving.  First we will mark the Pumpkin Seed pattern using the grid method and learn to stitch this beautiful decoration on your cloth.  Then we will also learn the many ways to wrap gifts using cloth and holiday decorations.  This class is appropriate for both students who have taken a beginning class and students who have basic Sashiko skills.  If you need a brush up, Pattie will go over the stitching basics with you.
