Improv Club 2025
Learn a different improvisational quilting technique each month. More importantly, have fun and stretch the limits of your imagination in a creative and collaborative environment! Bring your basic sewing supplies, imagination and a sense of adventure and leave with some new skills! *Price is per session
Each session will start with a 15-30 minute demonstration of the technique of the month and a discussion of when you might choose/use that technique. Then we will have about 2 hours of play time where you can experiment with that technique or work on any improv project you’ve got going. Each session will wrap up with an optional show and tell of what you’ve done, and optional constructive feedback from your fellow improvers.

May – Stretching The Traditional
June – Free Form Shapes
July – Free Form Fillers (aka Constructed Fabrics, Cut and Swap)
August – Variation and Repetition
