This class is designed for anyone who has knit socks before (or taken the Knit your first sock class) and is ready to take the next step and use some beautiful fingering weight sock yarn to make some impressive looking socks.  The pattern looks complicated, but it’s a very easy lace pattern that is a good introduction to lace and to “fancy” socks.

You should have made at least one pair of socks, and you should be comfortable knitting, purling, and picking up stitches.

In this class we will assume you know the basics of sock knitting, although we will provide a quick review if it’s been a while.  We will focus on learning how to read a lace pattern, how to read a chart, and how to make beautiful socks that fit!
